I,ve studied a lot of stuff on hypnosis, and every time i come to the conclusion that,s it,s all about the intention to give somebody the best experience of there life. So sometimes i really don,t know what to say or do, but when i get into that zone, everything that comes out will be just the right stuff. It makes it a lot of easy to do.
I have been trying to in depth learn the working techniques of Milton E. . My interest in your work has peaked attention to the depth of my sole. I often feel that sometimes during a trance session I am also in a trance myself. Thanks very much for your lessons they are great.

In our Emei Qigong healing teachings, the first secret is :Believe in Yourself! and I think that this is the H+ factor. (If don’t believe in our self, who will?) Your short video demonstrate this very well. Also I see very interesting part: when you start the induction, your body start to move subtly, we name that phenomena “go to Wu-Ji state” (empty state, when we follow the movement of the universal energy withing us and around us). I’m learning from you. Again, I realize how important is to verbally reaffirm the suppose state of inducted. Thank you

I am so pleased to have discovered Igor for myself. I have be fascinated by hypnosis since I first saw one on a Television programme when I was a child. I have been on certification courses and “dabbled” with hypnosis for years but lacked the confidence to go for it. I had almost given up on being able to live the dream of using hypnosis to allow others to create beneficial change in their lives but I feel excited and enthused. Hello Igor, well thanks for another great insite into understanding hypnosis. In the past, i have read many books and looked at on line learning, some of which is medium to good, some less helpfull> I have even asked a local hypnotherapist if he would help me gain knowledge .(his response was, no way, im not teaching you my skills) no a good response. However, with your vid clips,i can sit down and relax at my own pace and take notes and practice some self hypnosis. This builds up my confidence and helps to grasp the H+. I feel much better now about trying out basic relaxation work on subjects who wish to help me out., It is important to come across as oozing with confidence but also to have the inner confidence. This in itself instills the subject and makes a trance far easier. I know a lot of therapy work is building up a relationship(on proffessional level) with client and to put them at ease on first contact, the induction work should be gentle and calm. I hope to report more on my trials at later date but would have not got this far without your help. sometimes, i wish i was in USA so i could get to meet you. look forward to next vid, thx kev

This is great stuff, congrats!! You must be proud of yourself for being such a great help for individuals like me who are striving to learn from professional like yourself. I eagerly await emails from you and I have realized that’s because 90
% of your emails are packed with info and not fluff-stuff. I have been trying a courses here and there (online) but haven’t really got myself to be able to get the confidence to go out there in the real world and try it effectively. Can you advise as to what I can do to break this mental block and just go out there and try it out. I always keep feeling I am yet unprepared for inducing anything close to a hypnotic trance in my field of work, which is selling.
Any comment to help me would be greatly appreciated and am hopeful of one.

I was wondering if there is a way for you to teach us your mindset??
Strange question maybe, i understand, still I notice through the way you speak and answer questions, that you surely will understand what I mean…
The confidence you have in yourself, and your teachings/skills, did they all come as a result of being able to hypnotize a few, or did you manage to build that up, and then, as a result of that knowlegde – you were successfully able to hypnotize your first few…
To this day I haven’t sucessfully hypnotised anyone yet (would not say that I’ve tried either) and that is because I do already possess some “x factor” in my life, I guess that came as a result of doing magic performances for people, combined with my great care for other people’s wellbeing and my inner wish to both please them in an entertaining way, and in a both friendly and listening manner…
As you said to the one asking you the seduction question above; you must go into yourself, and make yourself the best you can be, and then, share the best of you with others, while not eagerly wanting anything in return!
I guess the mindset you have when you use H+ to induce the trance, should be possibly even further elaborated. Some people will get it right away, but then again, some will only see that you change (speech,tempo,facials) but will not understand the underlying feelings, and thoughts that you have… the belief in hypnosis as a tool for giving everyone else, all the help and confidence they migth need, to get a valuable life!!
Would you also (that is an if.. question) be able to teach us about the way society and the industrial/corporate may hold a grip on our minds, using repetition, commercials, wants and needs (that we dont really have) to change us into becoming less thanwhat we can truely be… I must say Igor, your hypnosis teachings is opening my mind to all the possibilities that the society seems to hide from us all.. I mean; a 9-to-5 job, a short social life, or worse, a life shared with others around the tv-set, and then some sleep, and viola, lets repeat that, for the next 50 years… That is really not all we can be, and not all we can do… we can do so incredibly much more! and one way to start actually living, is by increasing both your own and other peoples life quality by helping them to get rid of their (imposed upon) problems and their reduced belief in themselfes, as a result of the major (sorry for the term) brainwashing we’re getting from the world, as it is today…

the most interesting part of this video is the blatant speaking to the unconscious. itis not disguised, coded or embedded.
i’ve experienced situations where my “trained” hypnotic techniques were off and just decided to talk to the subconscious with that intention. oddly enough, it has always worked. granted, i beat myself up after the fact thinking that i lost my bearing. it is interesting to have that validated.
i wonder if such an approach is accepted bc it completely catches people off guard or if people just end up so focused on the balls of such an approach that the suggestions just get accepted?
The videos really help. The issue I have is getting friends or people that I really want to help with hypnosis…for them to believe in me, that I truly can help and allow for me to get their full attention. It is more of a laugh in your face, like you’re gonna help me, yeah, right? They blow off any help that I may have been able to do had they shown any real interest. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

As usual, Igor keeps things nice and simple and easy for everyone to learn. Every time a video is posted my belief in being able to hypnotise expands because each step can be practised in everyday life and this means we gain experience and skills every day.

Is there a way that you can demonstrate more examples of inductions that don’t have the “clinical” hypnotic purpose behind them? I mean I’m a teacher and would like my kids to absorb more information, be more focused etc. How would you go about doing that without being very obvious about it?

After studying for 1 day your hypnosis technique, before watching this clip….with the right intent…and not so good technique…i was able to hypnotize and help a person with their sleeping dificulties. They told me the next day that it worked so well and they had a wonderfull sleep. Thankyou for your teachings enabling others work better for good.Actually, i was unsure about if i could really do it but i was determined and kept going till i felt that the result was coming.Smile…now i feel great and believe i can make it as a hypnotist for the good changes in myself and others
Robert H: If you are not going under it could be that you are distracted by your 1) external environment, or 2) internal environment. The good part is that they are both easy to eliminate. As you listen to the recordings, repeat the instruction to yourself. If it says “your eyelids are getting heavy”, say to yourself “my eyelids are getting heavy”.
Give that a shot and report back when you have time.
The other problem of it working only at first. There are 3 classes of hypnotic subjects: Direct; Indirect; Analytical. Direct subject are the ones you see on stage with a hypnotist and are acting like famous people and such. Indirect are more subtly responsive and respond equally well to therapy but do not express as much as directs. Analytical folks are constantly talking themselves out of hypnosis by trying to analyze what is being said – possibly to remember how to do it later, or just out of curiosity.
Different language pattern work better for each type, but all respond to indirect language pattern as long as the analytical subject repeats the instruction to themselves. This prevents their mind from wandering or trying to figure things out.
Also, people can shift their types depending on countless factors. This would explain why it worked only at first. You may have been direct, but shifted to indirect, or perhaps you were trying to figure it out.
If at all possible, encourage your subjects to repeat the instructions to themselves and you’ll have much greater success.

I have to say that in all of my years studying about hypnosis and reading books from Erickson and others, I didn’t really get it until you. Just with in the last two weeks, I’ve been learning and applying more than in all of my studies before.

I am looking for “The Next Clip”.

I am sorta getting how this works.
It looks as if the H+ factor is very
much about your intention as a hypnotist.
This is very similar to the work I do when
performing Reiki or other healing work.
I could also see how you were not only focused
but you slowly and subtly altered your tonal inflection
as you spoke to the people in the class.
I have long been in search of information of Erikson.
From what little I have seen, I get the impression his
ability to focus was also his greatest strength.
I have heard that he was rather sick as a kid and
as a result, he spent ALOT of time focusing on himself
such that he in effect healed himself.
I feel that those actions have carried over into
his ability to “get into someone’s head”.
This strikes me as very similar to what it is your are speaking of.
I will take what you have presented and try it out
when I have the opportunity.

even knowing and anticipating, i’m always amazed at how you’re already into “it” and then me to, before i “realize”, oh this is it that he’s talking about as he does it. Your clarity and sitinctiveness of state can eadily be missed by the receiver because of your presonal fluidity and linguistic expertise.

For Bily – there are two things you need for instant inductions. The first is the (H+) we talk about in this video, so that the subject’s unconscious mind KNOWS it will be SAFE in your hands. The second is what you do RIGHT after the induction. If you do not deepen straight away, you can lose many people. One of the bonuses to the DVD set will show you step by step what I mean.
For Chris – I am afraid that we do not address hypnotic seduction. It would be a disservice to all concerned. The essence of seduction is who you are as a person: are you decent, confident, vibrant, fun, trustworthy etc.
If you do not have the essential underlying character, then no amount of language tricks will get you anywhere. Language and other tricks can never, in the long run, make up for our personality flaws.
However the men and women that choose to work on their personal flaws, so that their inner nature radiates through them in a healthy & natural way… well they become attractive BY DEFAULT. The irony is that people are naturally seduced by the sheer glamour of WHO they ARE!
This is one of the things that we mean when we talk about “Becoming the hypnotist” and being powerful as a person. Its about releasing stuff inside you that draws others to you, rather than trying to impose yourself on others.
